Padel Empire
Management · SimulationA derelict industrial plot, a few courts under a warehouse roof, and a network of thirty-three clubs to grow.

Here the scarce resource is not space. It is time.
Padel grew wherever there was room: old warehouses, sheds along the ring road, car parks turned over to sport. That is the setting the game hands you — a derelict plot, abandoned buildings to clear, and a warehouse you can fit out.
And that is where everything differs from a golf course. A course spreads over hectares; a padel club fits on a handkerchief. Your scarce resource is no longer land, it is time. Four players book a court for ninety minutes, from 8am to 11pm. No free court at the hour they want, and the booking is simply lost.
The whole game sits in that arithmetic. Lunchtime and the 5-to-11 stretch decide your takings. An outdoor court closes in the rain, and after 7pm without lighting. Is one indoor court worth more than two outdoor ones that stand idle half the year?
