In short
- Our games run on your device. Your save and settings stay there.
- No account, no ads, no trackers, no analytics, no selling of data.
- The only information we receive is what you choose to send us: in-game feedback or an email.
- You can ask us at any time to see or delete that information.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Étienne Descours, sole trader operating as GROUPE SENTRYN, 18 rue de l'Industrie, 92700 Colombes, France (SIRET 993 267 657 00019).
For any question about your data: contactsentryn@gmail.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer; the publisher answers personally.
What this policy covers
It applies to groupe-sentryn.fr and to Fairway Empire, Padel Empire and Equus Empire, on Android (Google Play), iPhone and in the browser.

Feedback sent from the game
Help › Your feedback lets you write to us without leaving the game. Nothing is sent until you tap “Send”.
We attach no name, email address, account or device identifier. The progress summary is limited to the in-game day, level, number of clubs and cash of your game.
As with anything sent over the internet, your IP address and browser type technically reach the service receiving the form (Netlify), which uses them to block spam. We do not use them.
Please avoid writing personal information in your message: it isn't needed to be useful.
What we don't do
- No account to create, no Google or other sign-in.
- No ads, no in-app purchases.
- No cookies, trackers or analytics, in the games or on the site.
- No selling, renting or trading of data.
- No access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone. The only device feature used is vibration, which you can turn off in settings.
Google Play and the App Store
Payment is handled by Google (or Apple on iPhone), acting as a separate controller under its own terms. We never see your payment details.
If you agreed to share diagnostics with Google, the Google Play Console shows us anonymous crash statistics. They do not identify you.
Data sent outside the European Union
Netlify, Akismet and Google are US companies. Netlify takes part in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection; so does Google. groupe-sentryn.fr is hosted in France by o2switch.
Security
The site and forms use an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Feedback is read only by the publisher.
Children
Our games suit all ages. They ask for no data, and feedback is optional and nameless. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Delete your data (Fairway Empire, Padel Empire, Equus Empire)
Your save and settings exist only on your device: to delete them, uninstall the game (or, in a browser, clear the site's data). You can also start over from Accounts › Game. We hold no copy.
Feedback sent from the game: email contactsentryn@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”, stating the game, roughly when you sent it and a few words of the message. We delete it within one month and confirm by email. Without a request, feedback is deleted automatically after 24 months.
Your emails: on request to the same address, we delete our correspondence.
What is kept: order details sent by Google (number, date, country, amount) are archived for 10 years, as required by accounting law. They contain neither your game nor your feedback.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing or object to it (GDPR articles 15 to 21).
Write to contactsentryn@gmail.com. Because feedback is anonymous, tell us roughly when you sent it, which game, and a few words of the message so we can find it. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL): cnil.fr/fr/plaintes, or to the authority in your country.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top will change. Any change that widens the data collected will be announced in the games before it applies.
